If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days.
Our warranty doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time.
All orders are usually dispatched from us within 5 business days after payment received.
We require a signature for all deliveries hence we prefer address where there is someone present all day to receive the goods.
You can select an alternate delivery address to your billing address when placing your order, such as neighbors or workplace.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver bikes to PO Boxes.
If package is damaged in transit, your best option is to refuse the package as damaged and it will be returned to sender.
Please contact us via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or Contact Us page and notify us of the damage.
When we receive the item back and upon inspection, we will send you a replacement.
If a replacement is needed right away, you may pay for the item again, and we will give you a credit when the damaged item is returned and inspected.
Our policy lasts 30 days (unless you have a warranty claim).
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization.
We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Your refund will be processed when approved, and it will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
